REVERSE PROJECT
Emre Karademir & Ülkü Nur Nar
Reverse is an architectural project designed with the principles of No Powerty, No Hunger, Sustainable Cities and Communities.
It aims to build an innovative and responsive community. This community is made up of people who need favorable conditions for returning from big cities to their homeland , which are crowded and difficult to live, to small cities and villages.
These favorable conditions are intended to meet the most basic needs of people who will migrate to the reverse.
Modular smart houses that meet the shelter needs were built using local materials, wood and reeds that grow spontaneously along the Kızılırmak River used for insulation. These houses work using technology with the Railly application and the space is provided according to the need with the rail system.
Each family has two acres of agricultural land, which is necessary for the average family to meet their annual food needs and be sold in the local bazaar. Agricultural support is provided through institutions that have an agreement with Reverse.
The furniture, lightings and instruments made with wicker made of reeds and and gourds grown by the river, which are local materials, are being displayed and sold both in the shop in the reverse community and on our website. In addition, training is given in the vocational high school on how these furniture are produced.
Provided both the use of smart module houses and in-community communication. You can download our Railly application from Playstore and Appstore.
